The apartment is situated in a building with very few neighbours. The apartment has its own private entrance. Access to the building is through the same entrance as a mexican restaurant. Apartment has 6 rooms (5 single and 1 double room) all are suitable for students, a living room, kitchen, terrace and 2 bathrooms. All rooms have windows, some exteriors. A quiet and bright patio for neighbours use. Two interior patios. The large living room has a chimmey (only for show), sofa, table, TV, CD player, AC/heating. The living room leads onto a small interior terrace.

15 minutes by metro to Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya, Paseo de Gracia, which has most of the designer shops in Barcelona, a 15 minute walk to El Borne - a trendy area of the city with many workshops and boutiques of local artists and of course Barri Gotic, with its many streets, shops and cafés.
