onto the square, one double bed (1,50m) which can be
separated from the living area with a sliding door,
a large wardrobe.

communicated area by bus and taxis. Large car park available
on Juan de Borbon boulevard. The apartment is located
between the beach and the city, within walking distance
of both. Ideal for people who want to experience the
locals in Barceloneta. Life in a quiet area but close
to the Avenida Juan de Borbon (main boulevard just on
the corner, in front of Port Vell). All services close
by (supermarkets, banks, chemist, cafes, restaurants
and so on). You can enjoy a long stroll along the beach,
practice water sports, go cycling, roller blading or
have a drink at one of the “chiringuitos”
(beach bars) with live music. Paseo Joan de Borbó
leading down to the beach has a lot of seafood restaurants
and bars. 2 minutes walk to the beach.
Close to El Borne where you can find many
designer shops, tapas and pinchos bars, Paseo del Borne,
