The Danubio apartment is located in the well known “La Playa del Inglés” in the south, 15 minutes from the airport (Telde). This main tourist area has the largest amount of beaches, promenades, shopping commercial areas, uncountable restaurants, pubs and discos. It's located in a quiet residential area "Avenida Italia" n.er 3 corner with "Avenida Escorial". The Complex has swimming pool, tennis courts, garden area, car park and 24 hours security. A few minutes away the beach (along a beautiful promenade). Ideal location for excursions, bus station right in front of complex.

The apartment is cheerful and sunny, with 3 terraces, modern decoration but practical. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms with twin beds (90cm) and private terraces, decorated in yellow and blue, large wardrobe, modern furniture. Open living area with American kitchen which leads to terrace. Simply decorated but comfortable: sofa-bed (one person), satellite TV, CD, big table, modern lighting system... The American kitchen has all the mod–cons (fridge, microwave, cooker, coffee-machine, set of dishes, iron and ironing board). Has a practical kitchen table for quick meals. Complete bathroom, with bathtub, bidet, marble furniture basin.

Location:

La ”Playa del Inglés” and ”Mas Palomas” are the most wellknown tourist areas where the tourist complexes are more developed. Beautiful long beaches (in Mas Palomas Uniques beaches surrounded by spectaculars dunes, natural reserve). Stroll down the long promenade and take in pleasant the marvellous sea views, surrounded by gardens. Main commercial area at a short walking distance (banks, internet shops, cafes-terraces, supermarkets, souvenir shops, arcades, duty free goods...)

The apartment is 15 minutes from the airport. Best rent a car to visit the island (good prices available, 35€ per day, free km, full insurance). In front of the apartment there is a bus station with routes to all areas on the island. At “Playa del Inglés area” there are entertainment and commercial areas to be visit such as Shopping Plaza (pubs, discos) or Yumbo area (a lot of restaurants, terraces). In "Vecindario" village (going north) you have a commercial centre (with hypermarket Carrefour, cinemas, restaurants, shops...)

Places of interest: Mas Palomas (dunes, beaches, natural reserve).
In the south: Aqualand (aquatic park). Palmitos park (bird and life reserve), Beach of Aguineguin, Puerto Rico beach, Mogan port.

In the north: Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (the capital city) 40 minutes by car. There are a lot of services, commercial shopping centres (Corte Inglés, El muelle -entertainment complex, elegant shopping area at the port-). Visiting the Cathedral, and city centre.

The interior area is interesting with beautiful lanscapes and curious villages.

Inland is close, it's easy to get round. There is a free motorway that goes from Las Palmas to Mas Palomas.
